Activity 04 — BI-WÔRI Children's Village

The youngest have their festival too

A family festival only succeeds if parents can take part with peace of mind. The Children’s Village gives little ones a protected space to play, learn and discover BI-WÔRI’s values — while their elders enjoy the day to the full.

Safety and supervision

Families' trust is our first requirement

Welcoming children is a serious responsibility for the organisers. The Children’s Village is based on strict rules, presented here as principles to be implemented.

Registration at the entrance

Each child is registered with a parent’s name and contact details, and receives an identification tag.

Controlled pick-up

A child is only handed back to the adult who dropped them off, on presentation of the matching tag.

Trained supervisors

Selected and briefed facilitators, in sufficient numbers for the children present.
